Susan Schneider celebrated her 100^th win as a High School coach. Sue is the coach of Middletown High School. As a recognition of her excellence as a coach, one of her former players parents donated $75, 000 for lights and Bermuda grass for the school field.

Mother/daughter winning combinations #5 Fallston and #11 C. Milton Wright have the uniqueness of having mother , as Head Coach, with a daughter, as the top player on the team. Fallston is coached by Alice Puckett with her daughter, Lindsay(PH Strikers Club). C. Milton Wright is coached by Bonnie Schnell, with daughter, Kim(Capitol Pegasus Club). Both girls represented Region 7 at the USFHA National Futures Championship.

Jenn Robb, Head Coach at Langley High School/VA, has the school with their highest ranking in history, #3 and a 10-0 record, in the Washington Post. Jenn played in goal for Duke University. She is the granddaughter of the 36^th US President, Lyndon B Johnson.

Kim Coyle(Blake HS/MD and Washington Wolves) and Kristin Girouard(Oakton HS/VA and Rampage Club), come in to town with 8-2 Syracuse to play #12 AU Eagles and Georgetown Hoyas. Former U of Richmond Coach, Ange Bradley has Syracuse on a roll with their best record since 1990.

Lauren Kessler, freshman goalkeeper at Brown University, got her first action in a losing effort against Harvard. Lauren played for Springbrook HS/MD and Capitol Pegasus Club.

Kaley Zaharris(Bryn Mawr HS/MD and Capitol Pegasus Club), a Junior at Colgate is making her final visit to the area when she plays AU Eagles on Saturday. Kaley is a high school classmate of Maggie Farrand-Georgetown Hoyas and Emily Hankin – Princeton Tigers.

Meredith Brown(Caravel Academy/DE and PH Strikers Club), was honoured by being selected as a Captain in her Junior year at Indiana University. Meredith ended the 2006 season as IU all time leader in assists!

Jobi Manson(Severn HS/MD and SParkss Club), has been getting minutes in goal in preparation for taking over in her senior year at Indiana University.

Goucher College, got their first win of the season. They defeated Drew 1-0. Their record is now 1-5.

Garrison Forest School, winter league registration has started.
