In past years, we successfully ran middle school programs at the Potomac Community Center, the Rockville Sportsplex, the Maryland Sportplex in Severna Park, and at the Garrison Forest School in Baltimore.

It is a learn as you play program where we stress basic skills coupled with instructional play.

Skills taught:

- Push passing.

- Spinning/Footwork.

- Flicks.

- Shooting.

- Stopping indoor and outdoor.

- Flat passing.

- Diagonal passing.
